Cancellation Policy

My free consultation is designed to help you understand how Lithuanian lessons work, discuss your goals, and determine the best learning plan for you. To ensure a smooth and respectful process for everyone, please read the policy below: 1. Purpose of the Consultation The free consultation is a short introductory meeting (10–15 minutes) where we: Discuss your learning goals and current level Answer your questions about the course Explore the best lesson structure for your needs It is not a full lesson, assessment, or trial class. 2. One-Time Offer Each new student is entitled to one free consultation. 3. Booking Requirements To schedule your consultation: Choose a suitable time using the booking calendar Provide accurate contact information Be available at the scheduled time 4. Attendance & Punctuality Please join the meeting on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the consultation may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to limited availability. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 6 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice may not be eligible to book another free consultation. 6. Respectful Communication The consultation is a safe learning space. Please communicate respectfully and professionally. 7. No Obligation There is no obligation to purchase lessons after the consultation. You are free to decide if the course is right for you.
