Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Services The following terms govern the purchase and use of monthly individual Lithuanian lesson packages (“Packages”), consisting of 4, 8, or 12 online lessons per month (“Lessons”). By purchasing a Package, the Student agrees to be bound by this Policy. 2. Lesson Duration Each Lesson has a duration of 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. 3. Package Validity 3.1. Packages are valid for one (1) calendar month from the set date. 3.2. All Lessons included in a Package must be utilized within the validity period (1 month). 3.3. Unused Lessons do not roll over to subsequent months and are non-refundable (unless agreed otherwise). 4. Scheduling of Lessons 4.1. Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement based on the Tutor’s availability. 4.2. The Student is responsible for scheduling all Lessons within the Package validity period. 4.3. The Tutor does not guarantee availability for specific days or times unless previously confirmed in writing. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellations 5.1. The Student may reschedule a Lesson by providing a minimum of 12 hours’ advance notice. 5.2. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the Lesson start time will result in the Lesson being considered used. 5.3. Failure to attend a scheduled Lesson (“no-show”) will result in the Lesson being marked as completed and is non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 5.4. If the Tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a Lesson, the Student will be offered an alternative time or the Lesson will be reinstated to the Package balance. 6. Payments 6.1. Package fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any Lessons. 6.2. All payments are non-refundable, unless agreed in other way. 6.3. The Tutor reserves the right to adjust package pricing. Any changes will not affect already purchased Packages. 7. Free Consultation 7.1. Prior to purchasing a Package, the Student may request a free consultation to discuss objectives, the learning plan, and suitability of the service. 7.2. The consultation does not obligate the Student to purchase any Package.
